It is a decent place to live and we have enjoyed it. It is very safe and quiet area. The maintenance guys are awesome and will come right away anytime there is any problem. The office manager is hard to get a hold of but is easy to work with. You get a pretty good size storage locker in the basement and laundry in the building that is coin operated. Down side is we seem to get a lot of mold in our bedroom, lots of moisture. Other people apparently haven't had that issue though. And unlike other places in the area, it is clean and there are basically no bugs.
Love these apartment except during the winter. During winter we get a lot of moisture that leads to mold. Maintenance is amazing at taking care of it though. They come over and will clean up. The apartments are in a great neighborhood. There is a park across the street and two more within walking distance. There is also a big courtyard area which is nice if you have kids. No bugs! The apartments are really clean when you move in, they replace carpet after each tenant. I dont like the baseboard heaters, we have higher electric bills in the winter. Electricity including ac in the summer is really low though. Rent is 1060 for a two bedroom with balcony.
